Duck Hunt is a classic Nintendo shooter video game which uses a light laser gun, where you play as a hunter who has to shoot down ducks.
In the NES Duck Hunt players has three shoots with the light laser gun to hunt the flying ducks that appear on the screen, one or two at a time, getting points upon shooting each duck. To the player gets the required number of ducks in every level, will advance to the next round; if not, the game is over. In this Windows version of Duck Hunt the rules are exactly the same, except that you can use the mouse instead of the light laser gun.
Duck Hunt difficulty increases as you advance to higher levels until level 99, and the duck-targets be more in number and will move faster. If you get to shoot all 10 targets in a round, you also receive bonus points.
Duck Hunt has three different game modes:
- “Game A”: the target is just on duck at the time flying in the woodland area
- “Game B”: the targets are two ducks at the time flying in the woodland area
- “Game C”: the targets are clay pigeons flying from the player’s perspective into the distance.
